turtles need help - 01-27-2004, 08:24 AM

right im not really a beginner i can mill and cricket and im learning jackhammers but i still cant get my mind around turtles i get the general gyst of them but i just cant seem to stay ballenced on my hands like that i can hold a handstand all dayand walk around in a circle on my hands untill i fall over with dizzyness but i just cant stay ballenced on my hands with my elbows stabbed n e tips thanks

i got a tip, practice. how long have you been working on um? it might take you 4 days to a week to be able to get balanced and walk around. also where are you stabbing your bows at? i find it more comfortable not to stab by the hips but more in my abs i can hold the turtle for hours. if you got a clip post it . hope that helped some

Just remember to flex your ab muscles and breathe through your nose, you don't want to turn red. Also, if you can't balance right, try and bend your legs more if you keep on falling on them.
