practice airchairs, then learn to get ur momentum to whip around n bring it in. to stay balanced

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

balance n bringin in the spin, sorta under the same principal as...drilling headspins, u bring ur legs in to get more power.

can u do airchair on both hands? u might need to work the balance

um.....handglides are cake.....i got them...
and i cant airchair on my opposite but i can hit a side stab
i figured out that its just a matter of balence...
i'm getting all the momentum i need from my initial kick...
i need to get the feeling of balencing down since i can spin 1 easy now its all about keeping my body level....which is pretty difficult considering most of the time my body either goes down and my legs sweep the floor losing all my speed or i end up falling...

can u hit these anubis????
