hey, when i do a headspin it hurts my back like shi*. its on the upper part of my back near the muscle. im a lil over weight but not much is taht the problem?

Perhaps.....If it was your lower back, I'd tell you to stop and go see a chiro.....but your upper back just means you're still developing the muscles needed to support your weight....your neck only NORMALLY holds around a fraction of your weight...so you need to work it up to holding your whole weight....some people get the muscle easy, others gotta train...with weights even.
