hey i'm a bboy but i do capoeira too, and for a demo my academy is putting on soon i have to do a headspin. i can do headspins fine but the only way i can get into them is just standing on my head and setting up and everything then juss spinning. if anyone has any different way of getting into a headspin please let me know.

backspin rollover(if you are counter clockwise) to your right shoulder and greab a hold of the floor with you hands and stand on your head..or you can try to ..ah what the heck to hard to explain(swedish)..and then start to spin ..and spin spin spin spin!!!

try going in from the standing position. Its like u wanted 2 do the 90' only you just go on you head and start spinin.
