Needs help for balance and headstands... - 11-24-2003, 07:47 PM

I was just wondering if you need to learn to do a move in order to do a HEADspin. Also i was wondering if you dont have too be able to do a move, do you have to learn to headstand on your head without hands to be able to do headspins? Any tips on how to just balance on ur head alone and staying up a long time? I know how to do a headstand WITH my hands for almost 2 mins. I can do 1 minute for sure. Thanks for the help and tips. =D

Loss is what brings you down, but the emptyness is what takes over.

Well it might be a bit easier to learn to headstand with no hands, BUT you dont have to. If you can headstand thats fine.

In a headspin for a begginer you have to keep your legs in one place and start to move around only using your hands. When you get good at it you can lift your hands and start to spin.
