i can do headstands fine on carpet, i go and try to do it on my wooden floor (no hat heh) and i put my head down and the second my legs leave the ground i feel the pain in my head, i havent tried it with a hat yet, but it woudnt be that much different ryte? my question is that when people wear their hats do they put any padding in the hat? yeah...just wondering.

Hey U should make ahat, and It wont hurt:-)
Put sth soft inside, and you can wear 3 hats too It worked for me now i have pretty good headspinns

what u need is a winter beenie. for padding use a mouse pad - the soft ones - put it inside the beenie. if you feel that your not spinning fast enough, sew some plastic sliperish material on top; u'll get that in a local hardware/special store.
