i can't gat em.....i've tried by starting on my ass but i have done only 2 spinz......have you got any .mpeg of a good collapse from handspin to backspin, i can't figure it!

Uh... not exactly a great example, but it's from handglide position. I did the relax-o thing with my hands, cuz normal backspins are boring. Note my weak pop-up AFTER i run out of momentum.

whel this is my first guide but i write it bcuz i am good at backspin okei?need kritik!

1.sitt on your ass

2.get down to you side..right if you are clockwise left if you are counter.

3.put you right/left hand to your fore head(this is before you spin ,helps gettin speed up.make sure you other right/left han is stretched

4.now i am doing this counter clockwise so,kick with you right leg,and then right after kick with your left.

5.get as high up as you can.But not on your neck!!on your back and kinda bring you shoulders up so you will have as little place on your back to spin on as possible


whell if you are clockwise just do the opposite(wih left and right bla.bla)

if ur cw kick as hard as you can with ur left leg and if ur ccw vice versa and just keep practicing.
p.s i can only get about 3-4 spins so dont feel bad. if im luckey 5.

xD speed is no prob for me but i lose my balance so easily
i go ccw and i keep falling to my right side
then i lose all momentum and just lie there

collapsing into backspin gets you more spins. you only had like 3 rotations in that video. and this thread is hella old and al caprone doesn't want your help.

and also, I stopped spinning cause I hit the wall and almost smashed my camera

I coulda get like 5 rotations max
