Are you starting on your ass and whipping your legs around? or are you starting on your hands and collapsing then tucking your legs in?

start from handglide position. collapse onto your shoulder. when you're on your upper back, your legs should be tucked in. Here's a clip for ya, buddy. kinda dark, and it's on carpet, so I didn't wanna spin for long. Just wanted to show you the collapse.

Alright man, I know collapsing from handglide position is harder, but once you can do it, momentum comes MUCH easier.
