1. you type in an annoying manner.
2. You aren't supposed to spin much anyway.
3. Spinning is not continuous because you are BOUND to lose momentum due to friction.
4. don't learn icy ice.. come on.

Ok. I have to apologize to you "President" because we didn't understand each other. What I thought was icey-ice (that's the way I called it, sorry again ) and what I was talking about is headspin on your elbow! Is it clear now?

Icey Ice's are sick if you mix 'em in with Headswipes.....That's one of my goals.....cuz Icey Ice's pretty easy.
As for that, isn't it jus called an Elbow Spin?
Anyway..there's a lot of friction on your elbow.....so you need to bend it (obviously) and try to be on as little of it as possible.....of jus get like a wrist-band and put it on your elbow.....or even jus get a long-sleeve shirt.
I allready taped the stuff (my friend did), now he just has to ripp it.
To combo icey with the headspin is realy tough...have been practicing it for 1.5 week now and no progress.
