i do them from sitting. looks good. learned them in 20 mins.
tryin them from syanding but cant seem to get them.

from sitting-just kick around lean back and spin.basically

u can do them from backspin...just lean back towards one shoulder and eventually u will be able to spin on it ...off to do more starz

my freind learned them by just doing crazy stuff, he was trying to backspin as fast as he could and just ended up in a shoulderdspin
