It doesn't matter what religion you believe in, or what god(s) you worship, just believe in something.

let's see...there isn't really much to be scared off. I've been doing headspins for about 4 months and the most it's really done to me is givin me a kink in my neck, but that went away in a few days. Um, just don't be nervous when you do something like that because you'll most likely mess up more if you're nervous. If you're still nervous, then learn to catch yourself when you think you are about to lose balance. I was a little bit nervous when I started to go faster, but I learn to catch myself after I kept falling to my side.

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

The guide isnt bad, but besides walking yourself around with your hands and practicing taps ... u dont need to do much else... its all self explainatory / practice.
