Spin on a small proportion of ur back. Cuz the way I see it, ur using 2 much of ur back, so there is much friction and ur shirt gets f**ked up. While spinning, tuck ur knees in (so they touch ur chest) and tuck ur chin in, so it touches ur chest. Form a VERY dense ball and try 2 spin on ur UPPER back (NOT MIDDLE OR LOWER BACK). THis way u can get more momentum and save some money on ur shirts
