i see guys doin phat headspins and when im practisin wen i stand on my head my heads hurts.i got my balance perfect.some one help.

Well, either get a helmet, or continue to balance on ur head and hopefully ur head will get used to it. If that doesntwork, try and find another spot on ur head that doesnt hurt as much
