yea..shoulder spins! what's the best way to start em? from windmills? and how do you get up onto your shoulder? is it like windmill headspin?

lol they arent almost called stars...think about it, bboy.org had a huge bullshit move list, so ANYWAY!
u can do it a few ways, i find it easy to get outta windmills...but just from the kick to start them is good to when ur doing ur windmills...like for ccw..when ur rolling over ur shoulder u just do not let ur hips n legs swing...n u kinda duck into urself to turn the momentum into what u need it to be. he was right tho, a lot easier then it looks |

ahh..i gottcha. i must go learn them now, i don't kno why, but i have a strange obsession with this move.
oh yea and in the bboy.org video they do call it stars, but i always hear ppl refer to em as shoulder spins. i'm pretty sure even mighty mike (breaks kru, aka the guy who does em in the video) calls em shoulder spins. i could be wrong tho, i will ask him one day..lol. |

well fo me i do cw windmills and i spin n my right shoulder for stars.so when your rolling to ya right or your left depending on yo mill direction.roll high when goin to the next shoulder and kick up onto it.so kinda lean to it then kick up.from their just use your hips for balance
