aiight bro, the run down.
1. when u go to let go, do NOT just send ur legs straight up. you dont want to try n drill, its a completely different mechanic then doing them normally. You dont send them up for a few reason
a. it throws ur hips off
b. your gonna have to bring them back down to rotate n ur already doing enough in such a short time span
2. Im not sure if you know but in order to tap, ur hands have to come back down

Keep them down lower, dont lift them up so high n dont wait nearly as long. ur not trying to spins, ur trying for form
3. instead of sending ur hips up n ur legs flying, dont! Bring ur hips down a lil along with ur legs for stability n balance. NOW...when u push off ima tell u a lil secret.
theres two types of headspins when it comes to doing them really. one is the grab n throw, the other is the reach around. if u just put ur hands down, tap, n kick ur legs at the same time ur gonna get some speed but be off balance. The majority of people will get the reach around method n this might help your hips
when ur going to tap, reach around "technically" ahead of you n tap/throw...now ur legs are forced to play catch up, not only that but when ur do it again ur legs are forced to play catch up twice, once to catch up to the arms, n once to catch up to the throw. it sounds confusing but it helps. The biggest thing with this is u need to realize that all u need to do is lock ur hips n let them go with ur body, NOT let ur legs flail! n watch out for one bending
