is it possible to break a neck by practicing tapping while on the head? im scared that i might damage neck and be in paralysis....i know im a pansy u can call me that but. if the only damages are contusions and minor aches, then im all up for it, but if spinal damage is possible then im going to be more careful at it....
well whats the possible damage for beginner head spinners lol

thanks

How do you look down when you're headspinning? I think that's turn into a nosespin. :P

Some people are like slinkies. Utterly useless, but rather entertaining to watch when pushed down a flight of stairs.
