hey man thanx for posting this up my problem with the headspin was id skipped the tapping and rushed str8 to turning swinging kicikn legs n hips n id always fall down at most id do 2 full spins but imma take it slow and do taps

@bboydizzle 3 rotation from d tapping technique?pls which do u guys feel is d best way keep ur legs bcos i keep my legs in a v shape.

Yup head hurts! Because it hurt I tapped quicker and then I creaked my neck...ace...-_-

i keep my legs likein a V going upwards, but i c some ppl do like a V horizontally like there sitting upside down. idk whats easiest

dude...how long does a normal person take to learn head spin ?? like 20 spins without hand ?? im ok with the basics..some times i can do 3-4 spins but sometimes im falling even at half spin...im not consistent..help me plzz
