You can wear a helmet while practicing, but don't take it too a battle, thats just dumb too me. Dont be a pussy, just learn that shit and practice practice till your neck breaks.

Errrm... Somebody, please tell me which side of my head should I use?!! Cuz it seems that I spin (I'm not spinning actaully, just tap
) on the center of my head a lil more to my forehead. I read that I must spin on the center side a lil bit to the back of my skull . So what should I do?I think that I'll film myself and see if my neck and spine are straight or not, but any advices on this? In my opinion the main things learning headspins is to be able to headstand comfortably, keep everything straight and know on which part oh your head should you spin. That's just it! Help me, please . |

I can do 1 hand turtle freezzes,l kiks,ive got a good style and i can 1 hand handstand.But wat i cant do a headspin this has helped me lots.i still cant do it yet though,but ive just read dis thing,so soon i'll be able to do it.

hey i think i have some probs
i try headspin with beenie hat and i try to tap tap and tap i kick my legs 2 but when i free my hand for Drill I fall immediately Shoul I spin quicklier for Drill? |

im a beginner. when i tap, i always feel constant pressure on my arms. am i doing headspins wrong? is all of my body weight suppose to be supported by my head only?
