Yeah, I'm kind of wondering about foreward-backward balance too. I can deal with left-right balance alright (I find just tensing the leg on whichever side I want to lean to works okay). Any advice? I'll probably figure it out by myself, but advice is appreciated.
Also, is having your hands slightly in front of your head a bad thing? I would think it would throw one off balance, but I haven't been able to figure that out yet. Thanks. |

I assume that's what life's about.

I suggest you start with youre hands positioning as if they make a Triangle with youre head. And then legs always bend, else you got a plausible chance to fall backwards.

Thanks Anubis. Now I can improve because I think I always fall and keep on my head is because I try to watch what's going on in the spin so I get thrown off but thanks. I'm going to try and start all over and get rid of everything regarding it and start from scratch.

is there any technique which can help in 'lockin n controlling' the hips?
im doin with the v-shaped legs.. i got taps but as i go faster... i lost control..my legs went lower than my hips which means im not locking them..and then.. i lost the momentum.. help me anubis! ^__^ thanks |
