when i practise headstand against the wall or not against the wall i allways fall with my knees onto my fingers ( hand ) and that hurts like hell! i didnt do gym for 1 week because of that. what can i do because that? i dont want to fall onto my hands!!!

one question when ur tapping are u legs up in the air vertical or more towards the fornt because mine are to the front and I tend to lose balance after i catch i go on my feet, or should I just practise more and it will be fine?

Thats like a head jackhammer. I can't do it and I haven't tried it before. I've thought of that same move, but I can give you some advice on it. DON'T DO IT! I can almost guarentee you that you will hurt yourself becuause when you land on your head, the weight of your body falling will put you like twice your weight on your neck and skull. You will get injured like 99.999999% of the time. It isn't worth the risk

ok im pretty new to bboying, and i shouldnt have started with headstands and spins i know, but its one of the only things i can do in the limited amount of space at my place.
anyway i can do headstands for like 25-30 seconds, before i either fall forward or back, but im wondering, HOW comfortable or how long should you be able to do the headstand before attempting tapping or just learning how to move your legs around... and also... my second question is, like when i feel that im leaning either forward or back how do i try to keep my balance? is it all in the legs or like should i push with my hands... sorry for being an idiot but help would be appreciated greatly ![]() |

for my headspins, i can tap easily, but everytime i try to wind and whip, it throws me off balance. i know i hafta "lock my hips" but to a stupid mofo like me, that doesn't mean anything to me. do you mean stiffen my legs or wut?
