I would recommend you use your fingers only, not your hands. Try to just "tap" all the way around (while keeping your balance), with your hips and legs locked. When you get your balance THEN try moving the hips.

try keep hands pointed outward, i could mess up your balance if you point inward...try drilling it..just dont be like my friend here is the like for his headspins

I'll second/confirm what the previous guys said...
lock your hips and flex(straighten your legs by pointing your toes towards you) try to keep on your fingertips or the knuckle part of your palm (?) |
