kick very hard, and then remember to really curl up in your spins. you want to have a lot of control and balance with as little of your abck touchign the ground as possible.
also, hold out for the right moment to tuck. that wya, you'll be able to utilize all the momentum from your kick. |

wow, you must have a really strong kick to be spinning that much using that form. or is it the floor? i don't know, and can't compare 'cos we only have bad floors here.
