Question Handglide question - 07-04-2009, 01:29 AM

Hey everyone, another quick question.

I was wondering,w hen doing handglides, where is the best spot to spin on your hand? Is it like a 1990/2000, where you want to spin on the part of your palm below the pinky?

thanks

Haha, fair enough.

I was just wondering if there was a specific spot that I should aim for.

When you're using a glove, you would obviously want to just use your entire hand. But if you're trying to spin without a glove, you can either use your palms, or the area used for 1990's/2000's. For me, I can spin 1 or 2 rounds with my palm, depending on the floor. While as for the pinky, no luck for me. However I will recommend you trying to spin on your palms.

Hope this help, good luck with your Handglides!

i definitely recommend trying to spin on that part of your hand you use for 90s

cause that will reduce the friction you have with the ground greatly, resulting in a faster/longer spin
