Gremlin Spin Tutorial

Hello there guys, im kind of bored todaty so I though of making a tutorial for gremlin spins since i can do a full rotation,which is like the most you can get cause they aren't easy.Now there are some requirements you must know before trying these out.

Requirements:

1)Arm strenght
2)Strong wrists
3)The start of a flare
4)A good side chair would help too
5)Having some balls

Step 1: The position

First you must spread your legs apart just like if you were going to do a flare.
Remember having your legs spread apart will help you to kick into gremlins.If you dont spread your legs at the beggining you wont be able to hold the gremlin to a full rotation.

Step 2: The actual move

Now here comes the hard part.If you are going ccw you must sweep your left leg
like if you were going to start a flare.Now you must fold you right leg because if you leave it spread you will lose the momentum. Gremlins are not about doing five or six rotations but more like a way to mix other moves in a hot way,which means that you arent going to keep going after your first rotation.After you sweep your leg like if you were doing a flare,folded your right leg, you are going to spin on the lower part of your left hand's palm( kinda like a deadman 90) and the most important thing do not bend your left arm,keep it straight or you'll fall to the floor.

Step 3: Tips

1)Practice the flare start alot( it will help)
2)practice coming from top rocking it makes it easier.
3)Dont expect to get this move in a day cause you prolly wont.
4)having your chest out helps.

Step 4 : Transitions

1)Toprock - gremlins - footwork or power.
2)Footwork - gremlins - floorrock - power
3)Flares - gremlins - chair or footwork
4)Ufo - gremlins - footwork or power
5)jackhammers - gremlins - footwork or power
6)Flares - virgins/circles - gremlins - footwork or other power
7)Toprock - gremlins - thread-sidechair

but i got the hang of it and no the idea and stuff like that

i made a new transition where u do toprock-gremlin-thread to sidechair

You dont really need both but if you wanna get them faster and smoother the start of a flare or being able to do them would really help!
