Most people start out doing toprock, followed by a transition to footwork, and ending it with a freeze.

One of the first few "sets" I did was knee drop --> 6-step --> knee spin --> 3-step --> knee slide --> 10 windmills --> 6-step --> crossovers --> jump up to standing.

I don't know. A few months ago all I did was try to drill one move after another instead of working in "sets". Now I'm trying to link stuff together.

But like I said, most people start out doing toprock, followed by a transition to footwork, and then ending with a freeze.

Hmm...my first ever set? Handstand--> Drop--> Half of a six step--> Knee spin--> Stand--> Uprock-->Knee drop-->Two step--> Ball 'n' Chain-->Airbaby.

Working on Toprock and Foundations. Tips are welcome.
