Well there aren't any rules with it, but people usually remember the last thing that happened, so a good ending would leave a lasting impression and make the people go ZoMgZoRz but really, you can end it however you like.

You don't have to end on a freeze, but you do have to have an ending, something strong that looks like its the end of your set.
