but iunno how to pull that together


what should i add on to the elbow freeze when i get into it

well go into a baby and roll backwards onto your elbow and Blap your in an elbow freeze. do something with your legs or extra arms. grab your nuts or cross your legs something cool

when in the baby freeze switch your legs so the other leg is on the elbow. after that pump your legs up and go into a elbow freeze. you will be using the arm that is under your belly to freeze on.
this is a basic transition but it always looks good. to be honest i dont think roll backs look good with easy moves. roll back to hollow back or air chair is dope but not to elbow freeze and not from a baby freeze. that would looks ugly.
