well this is what i do in 1 session.

First 15 minutes - Footwork ( first 5 minutes is to be toprocks )

Next 15 minutes - Hands stands, pikes, etc.

Next 15 minutes - Powermoves

Next 30 minutes - Footwork again.

Next 15 minutes - Handstands, pikes etc.

Next 30 minutes - Powermoves.

Last 30 minutes - Popping

So most of my sessions are 2 and a half hours or around there. Try that.

hey man just gonna let you in on how we at No Coast have been gettin down.......

10 to 15 minute warm up (mostly running)
5 to 10 mins stretching

1 hour tops
1 hour footwork
1 hour power/freezes/etc
30 to 45 mins in the sauna/hot tub to cool down
swim about 5 laps in da pool and call it a night

we're doing endurance training after this set up for one week i've noticed a dramatic change in my stamina/endurance, if you decide to take this serious i think our training regimen is a good starting point, you don't believe me hit up lwood and Kevedik (Image) they'll tell ya whats up.

yo fool you on tha right track but you need to change the swipes thing to freezes. they are just as important as any foundation or spins you incorporate. keep that shit up and whatever you do never give up.

Lol, man how many hours do you session? i session 3 hours everyday (except for sundays)
it's alright, but -__- iono i dont work like that, because im always incorporating power moves into footwork. then lol i work with what i have, i warm up 15 mins then get down to it. i practice my power moves for 15 mins my regular footwork 15 other mins, then the rest is alll about inventing new footwork and incorporating power moves and freezes into my footwork but hey whatever works for you

Dang u guys session alot o.O
me its like 2days a week for hour 15... but thats for a performence...
And any other chance i get... which is everyother day.. but its not that long straightwise atleast... but... if its me... i suggest just practicing 1 move at a time... so like practice top rock till u get it down than 6step, mill, etc.... than all u gotta do is to learn to transition a move... thus we get a combo ^.^.... but practice is key... for begininer i suggest learning toprock(important.... for battles), 6step and freezes, learn decent amount than learn powermoves.... because... simple moves like 6step take like less than a week.... week is kinda exatorating it but still.... than power moves take a much longer time to learn...
