hey guy i need help see i can do headspin going down to windmill but i can't seem to do windmill going up to headspin......any tips on how to do it plz?

i'm gonna assume you can rollback headstand. that's easy. the hard part is timing. you have to pop up like you would in a rollback at the same time as when you roll over to your front. that way, instead of rolling over onto your stabbed hand,, you go up and end up on your head.

yea i mean make sure ur practisin on a gd surface but i find tht doin coin drop up 2 head is easy to learn 1st just make sure ur on the top part of ur back and as u go up to head use ur forearms to push up if ur struggling. peace
