the main problem i have is going back up into a handstand from a flare...is it more strength than anything or should my momentum carry me back up....

tbh,i personally think it is more strenght(casue with strength it means you need less momentum to carry you back up)
i suggest doign loadsa sit ups

it has a lot to do with your hips. practice getting high flares. on your way to the back, instead of throwing your hips up and back as you usually would, throw more up. haha. that's what works for me, but i tend to muscle things.

yea make sure you keep ur hips up but use the hand by taking it up and over ur leg and then placing it as far back as u can.
