i cant link mym illz to headsp[inz, i cant get all the way up to my head, do i use my hands or is there something else that i should do??

Yeah use your hands. Go into a headstand and then kick, don't just kick into a glide. When you get better you can do that. And it helps to pike your legs when you are on your back right before you go on your head. it helps you get higher.
