alot of pll asked me for it so here it is:
first of all
for flare to millz u need like at least 2 round of flare in the air, good windmilz from STANDING position.
and for millz flare u need decent flares! and fast millz.
Flare 2 Millz (The easy part) :
do a cw flare and keep your right leg up longer than the usual and stay on you left hand a little bit longer so your body spin a lilttle only then just like millz from standing u raise you left leg high to the back and kick your right leg in for momentum be sure to be on your upper back,but i dont wanna explain it too much it is jus tlike from standing.
Millz 2 Flare :
one word....S-P-E-E-D-!-!-! , of course u need the basic flare strengh that's y i wrote u need to have good high flares, but more power usage won't work, u gotta do the millz fast and keep kick the right leg until u reach the top!!!
it's not like going into an airchair! i read here some articles that says that, well at least for my style of mill to flare(that u will see in the vid) it is not true, u gotta lock you elbow quick , but the bes tip i can give u is speed and straight wide legs.
well i didn't wrote so much details but one of the reasons i wrote it is to show that there aren't alot of details only speed, alot of speed, and good flares!
