yo everytime i try to connect flare and mill legs drags!!!

like when i'm bout ta transition to the mill the sweep u take to go into the mill drags on the floor and i can't get high enough on my back to get a good mill what am i doing wrong?!

Chances are you don't have a clean round of flare. Hold the first leg up as long as you can as you would for a normal round of flare, and swing the second leg as far back as possible.

Yeah, do it in a circular fashion though, and push off with your arms to get extra momentum.
