Fill in Routine -

I just need a routine for when i am randomly pushed into a circle , or i have to do something and i don't feel like freestyling.
1 rotation of 6 step- 2 rotations of 3-step - half rotation of 6 step ( to get into swipe position) - 2 to 4 swipes - roll back and start threading - rollback elbow freeze - pop up into a one handed freeze.
Critics, advice, additions, what do you guys think?
