Stringing Ground to air moves -

String air to ground combos (flare to windmill, airflare to windmill) is easier that ground to air combos (windmill to flare, windmill to airflare)
*G 2 A = ground to air
This is obvious because you are fighting against gravity and not going with it. if you are having trouble with string G 2 A combos, you can try these
1) arm strength - most G 2 A combos are heavily reliant on arm strength.
2) concentrate - just because you focusing alot on pushing, doesn't mean you should neglect technique. you must still swing legs, arms exe.
3) try learning easy G 2 A combos first like turtle to handstand/nike, then you can learn the harder ones like mills to flare.
4) first complete your g 2 a moves before doing your a 2 g moves so you will not become tired during practice or sessions. you get more props for G 2 A moves because of the more skill required.
5) arm and abdominal strength is crucial for G 2 A. you must flex for better and easier transitions. the more flexed you are, the less you have to worry about pushing. speed is also a factor. usually the faster you go, the easier it is to make the transition, but it also means you'll be more unstable, making it easier to bail.
