Thumbs up i cant get this f*$#%ing air track/air flare right - 04-10-2004, 12:55 AM

ok i have been practising this *swear word*air track/air flare for the last*swear word*three month and it is starting to get really pissed off at myself.
let me tell you my problem:
i get the angle right but when i start to spini land hard on my left elbow i can t seem to land on my hand i need help

try elbow airflares first might help or post a video clip someone else might be able to help

When you do ur air flares it might help to work on the ideas of swipes. You know how when u do swipes ur upper body whips around really fast FIRST then ur legs and hips follow. Try gettin that motion perfect then work on perfecting ur angle. One other thing that might help is whipping your legs faster as they come through when your hands leave the ground. Sry if I didn't explain that very well.

[hi thanks fro the help but you know whenever i come around so i am on my right hand and want to switch to my left hand i always never make the switch cause i am to low to the ground,..but sometimes when i come around my left hand does make it but me foot touches the ground,...what shoudl i do?(sry if it was not that clearly explained

I assume that it's ur left foot thats touching when you come around (if not just reverse this cuz then ur goin the other way). Aight, basically ur just not getting enough torque with ur body or u may be whipping the wrong part at the wrong time. First ur legs are gonna whip about half way round then your upper body all the way around then you legs catch up and whip in a full circle and you torso and lower body alternate back and forth in this circular motion, with one stopping half way and the next catchin up and passing it by to drag the rest of your body along. One thing that will really help with this are strong abs. They'll keep ur body in the correct angle a lot easier.
