Aight, basically ur just not getting enough torque with ur body or u may be whipping the wrong part at the wrong time. First ur legs are gonna whip about half way round then your upper body all the way around then you legs catch up and whip in a full circle and you torso and lower body alternate back and forth in this circular motion, with one stopping half way and the next catchin up and passing it by to drag the rest of your body along. One thing that will really help with this are strong abs. They'll keep ur body in the correct angle a lot easier.
