whole routine - 03-18-2004, 08:43 PM

ok, im just gonna name my routine and my problems with it. toprock to sixstep back to toprock, bronco to back, kip up to helicopter to mill to neckbreaker (crooked neck headstand, bent legs like a hollowback, legs crossed like a halo, im havin problems with the fluidity of the bronco to back section, and i kno that freeze seems a little out there for a beginner, but i came by it by mistake doing toprock to backspins, lol, so any help would be great, thanks

ok, unless yall just dont like me, im gonna assume u dont kno what bronco to back is, its like ur doing bronco, then u drop to ur back like u were going to do the worm on ur back, then kip up. ok, so please gimme some advice, i have a battle comin up with this little fruit i have never seen break, so i need to put this together

tsup b-boy there si only one problem with all your moves, they are to different and it will be very hard for you too combine them ,but i think that i might have one for you
well start with your top rock and then to
six step......(that is not to hard to accomplish)
wind mill......(about twice or thrice)
then to headspin......(the trick when getting onto your head is too make sure that you spin on to your shoulders and then (once you are on your shoulders)birng legs in and kick out hard,slide your hands quickly underneath you and push thne you will auto matically be head spinnig)
once you feel like you are about to fall over........put your arms agianst your gtu and once you have fallen you should be in the turtle freeze


this might take much practise but once you have the hang of it it will be easy
