heres the next day (today) i can freeze up there occasionally so i hope from the freeze i can spin.

there was hardly anyroom to do a mill in there let alone a mill to a head spin. You gotta get your mills running first then you start to get em higher until you start spinin almost like halos and then maybe stablize to headspin, assuming your wanting to do continuous glides and not just drill.

they're good man. keep those legs straight. i think that the lack of room is holding you back. If you find somewhere with more space i rekon youll go sick.

try and get like one whole mill up to that headspin or headstand.

Get that furniture outta the way. Then try doing several millz 2 gain momentum and height and then u push up into a headspin. Peace
