headstand to handstand isnt too hard, less muscle, more momentum.

thats not bad for an 11 yr old dude, i started out when i was 12 with a similar routine, i think u should learn headspins for that routine, thatd be sick, cus i have somethin like that where i do like a baby freeze, then cross my legs like a halo and spin, its kinda like a modified halo, so yea, learn headspins good and ud be able to battle some advanced people

You need to have something in between your handstand and coffee grinders ... maybe pop back down into a ground pose and then twist and suicide to rollback or something.
Don't buttspin. Do a quick kneespin into a backspin. At least, that's better imo.

It's basic, but it sounds clean. Maybe throw in a bit of downrock in between the handstand and coffee grinders. Maybe go to a ground freeze like pommy said and then throw in some of ur own tech's.
