two ways(for cw):
1)get high on ur back, make sure legs are close to chest, pump out and kick left leg out and up
note: when ur doing this, try and do it in the same spot, so by the time u get upto the headstand ur facing the same wall (but have rotated half a turn obviously)
2)mill, halo, adjust tilt to carry on taps!! (my favourite)
first way you do it from the back, second way out of the mill from the hands.
