can anybody tell me how to do it clean? ive tried it but when im about to do the freeze i always end up ramming my shoulder into the ground fast...or is that how youre supposed to do it...?

from the back of the six step..bring your elbows in..if you can hold the freeze for awhile, this shouldn't be difficult at all.

wen u r in the push up position of 6step just turn yo hand and plant yo elbows
