make sure ur rolling high on ur shoulders...rolling on the back of ur head would be.ok...when ur on ur ack bring ur legs to ur chest and as u roll over pump them out...sorta hard to explain
its like if u rolled back to a headstand..just takes practice.

when u wann go to mills u gotta swing downard as if ur starting mills fro mstading up..****ut guide ur shoulder...u might knick ur shoulder as ur rolling into mill but ull learn
