Handglide to Sidechair.. HELP

Basically, I need help with going from handglide to sidechair.
I can hold 1H Handglide for like 20+ seconds and sidechair for about 10 seconds.
Any ideas? For now, I keep practicing by using my free hand to help me turn my body as I push with my stabbed hand up and try to land into sidechair

Hmm, well pretty much what I do is I kick my legs up too along with pushing with my stabbed hand, and that helps me get into the sidechair.
