Forearm to airchair and rollback - 09-07-2008, 08:10 PM

Forearm to airchair...so I'm trying to do forearm to handglide first, and my legs just totally drop...and my elbow feels like it's about to bust. It still sort of hurts...what should I do?

Rollback airchair...I basically get into chair freeze with my legs in the air, but my head doesn't go up...no matter how hard I try. Help!

Thanks.

when ur doing a forearmfreze to handglide or airchair make sure your legs are tucked.. because its way harder to catch yourself in an airchair/handglide with stretched legs.
practice going from a handstand (regular) to a handglide/airchair for gaining strength.

rollback airchair. make sure you kick up with ur legs when ur coming over your shoulder. dont just roll into it

rollback just roll, use momentum from rolling to go into it, and pop off the side of your head to cause you're body will already be in the air by the momentum but by poppin off your head it raises your upper body and head off the ground [warning, dont hit your head too hard, make it a smooth pop off]
