First things first, you have to know what hitting is. (it is by far the most important thing to know)
Basically, Hitting is the process of isolating specific body parts and making them twich, by quickly flexing any muscle in your body for a split second.
With that said, try this.... Picture some bozoo in front of you, and try to karate chop his face, but stop righh in front of his nose. and hold your hand there. (requires an imagination)
Start jumping at people to learn the foundations of chest hitting.
It sounds dumb but it helps.. just make sure you practice twicting your muscle in these motions.
