hello, I saw some guys on stage popin when i talked to them they said when you hit a beat like stop movin and just stop totaly for like 1/3 of a sec and continue,Im basin my popin of of the wave and i do a little foot work(not breakdance) but i forget what it is called.

you mean gliding? cuz i think thats what your saying or is just pop walkin or wiggles walk anyone of those could be it
