RULES & REGULATIONS

1. All competing DJ's must bring their own Headphones, needles, cartridges, slipmats & records. We will provide 2 Technic 1200mkII turntables & a pmc05pro DJ mixer.

2. Each DJ will receive 5 minutes to perform his or her set. You may perform however you wish but remember the following: You will be judged by Originality and the tightness of your set. Judges are DJ Freez / DJ Craze & DJ Rip

3. The date of the competition is Saturday Jan. 24th 2004. Depending on the number of participants you will need to be on site @ 4pm for elimination's. Elimination's will only occur if we reach 15 contestants or more. If we do not reach 15 contestants the time of your arrival should be no later than 7pm.

4. This competition is for individual DJs only. That means no teams will be allowed to enter. However each contestant will be allowed one guest each!

5. Entry forms must be submitted no later than Saturday, January 17th 2004 You can enter manually with form by completing and mailing to the following address:

OTHER PRIZES INCLUDE Gift certificates to the 12 Spot DJ Shop / Odyssey Cases / and other misc. DJ Items

I fully understand that this event may be recorded and that we give permission to the event coordinators to document any part of the event via video, audio or photographic form. Any forms of media taken may be used in local newspapers, trade magazines, video form and advertisements. Each contestant will however be notified of such documentation and will be given a copy of the publication or visual.
