But seriously, I have trained in pretty hot and humid weather, and it does really suck. O suggest trying to find a local gym, go to a friends who has a bigger house, find a dance studio, and until then just do really short sessions no longer than an hour at a time and take some big breaks inbetween if you wanna dance longer...Drink gatorade/powerade, and going swimming after would be a plus.
Oh and if you'er gonna break outside, at least do it in the shade. Good luck to you man. And remember its good for endurance training, so when you dance in a cooler place you'll find yourself excelling like a mofucka.
