k so this is in response to the lil correction i got from VP..teheehee
"If you stretch your knee, you'll tear your knee. it's a joint. you might strengthen other things in the area, but you won't directly stretch your knee. the key to lotus is flexibility in the hips, specifically the bottom side of your ass.
bending your knee the opposite way from lotus is a quadricep flexibility. you probably stretch it in PE, but no one takes those stretches seriously anyway."
BUT LIKE WHENEVER I DO LOTUSES THE STRESS IS ALWAYS ON MY KNEE, AND NOW IM REALLY TRYING TO FIND HOWELSE TO DO IT BUT FER SOME REASON THE STRESS IS ALWAYS ON MY KNEE...AND I DONT WANT TO GET INJERED....AHCH! I NEED HELP...GERRRR
