okay so when yre doing a stretch is it more effective to do number or time? like say,

hold it 5 seconds 10 times or like hold it fer 30 seconds 2 times.

you only need to hold a full stretch for 30 seconds.. anything more doesn't really give you any gains, tho just for good measures I hold my splits stretch for longer haha.

i know but like is it more effective to do the strech more TIMES and hold it shorter or hold it longer FEWER times?
